Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on contracts, partnerships, and data policies
• Review client compliance for IT, GDPR, and business registration
• Support internal and client-side legal structure development
• Assist in IP protection and strategic agreements

Requirements:

• Licensed legal professional with expertise in business/corporate law
• Knowledge of Maldivian and international compliance standards
• Previous consulting or tech/startup experience preferred
• Excellent contract drafting and risk assessment skills
