Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Own product backlogs, scope, and timeline commitments
• Produce clear documentation, risk logs, and status reports
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resource allocation
• Champion continuous improvement and agile best practices

Requirements

• 4 + years project management in software; Scrum/PMI-ACP cert ideal
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and remote team coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic tech concepts (APIs, CI/CD) to liaise with engineers
