Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system architecture, coding standards, and technical governance
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and champion best practices
• Oversee DevOps: CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker/K8s), cloud infra (AWS/GCP)
• Collaborate with product & PM teams to translate business goals into scalable solutions
• Set security, performance, and data-integrity benchmarks

Requirements

• 5-8 + years in full-stack development; expert in Node.js (NestJS), PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing & monitoring
• Strong design-pattern knowledge, micro-service architecture, and cloud cost optimisation
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills
