Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, create user flows, wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes
• Establish component-based design systems & hand off via Figma
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on analytics & feedback
• Collaborate with devs to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design

Requirements

• 3 + years designing complex B2B or SaaS interfaces
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile & dashboard UX
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and design tokens workflow
• Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and agile delivery
